Mark has been with Renner Kenner since his days as a law clerk in 1996. He is experienced in drafting and prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyrights, domestically and in foreign countries. Over the years he has had the pleasure of working with various types of clients, ranging from corporations with large staffs dedicated to research and development to independent inventors tinkering in their workshops. He has drafted and prosecuted patents covering a broad range of technical fields, with a large amount of his patent work relating to mechanical and chemical/polymer arts. Mark also assists clients with related intellectual property issues including matters of confidentiality, licensing intellectual property and litigating patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
