Professional Experience:
Tim Parker earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2004.  He then received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in May, 2007 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio in November, 2007. While in law school Tim worked as a law clerk, gaining patent prosecution experience while completing his studies. Tim’s practice includes the preparation and prosecution of both domestic and foreign patent applications, primarily in the mechanical arts.

Tim is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
