Tim Hodgkiss's practice is focused on the preparation and prosecution of domestic patent and trademark applications. His technical expertise is directed toward electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, and business method based arts. In particular, Tim has experience in the semiconductor memory industry where he has worked as a design/test engineer. Tim also formerly served as an Extern for The Honorable Judge Peter C. Economus, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
