Don Bobak has over thirty five years experience advising domestic and international clients in various aspects of intellectual property. He focuses his practice mainly on U.S. and international patent prosecution, in both the chemical and mechanical arts, providing patentability, validity, and infringement opinions for a variety of clients. In his of counsel capacity, Mr. Bobak will be available to former clients as well as his colleagues where his experience would be of assistance.
